Evaluator Review of Performance

In order to continually improve the quality of the accreditation process, evaluators will need to comment briefly on the visit procedures used for each particular site visit and on the performance of other team members and the ACICS staff representative. ACICS uses the following instruments to monitor the evaluation process:

• Evaluation of Visit Procedures online form
• Staff Performance Review online form
• Evaluator Performance Review online form

  Evaluation forms will be submitted online. These remarks will be held in confidence, although some of the remarks may be consolidated into one document for use during annual staff and evaluator performance reviews.
