The Transfer Alliance

The Transfer Alliance is a strategy intended to facilitate the transfer of credit between and among institutions whose accreditation is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Most ACICS-accredited institutions eagerly support students’ interests in continuing their education. However, some students who graduate from nationally-accredited institutions continue to have difficulty having their credits or degrees transferred.

The Transfer Alliance offers a ready source of partners who have agreed upon transfer criteria. The partners have agreed to consider accepting, in transfer, degrees and credits that were earned by students “in good standing” from other Transfer Alliance institutions.
