“The Use of Innovation Solutions and Technology Tools to Improve Online Retention and Placement Results”

Session Description:  
Improving retention and placement outcomes of online distance education students is everybody's business! This interactive session examines the implications of retention and placement rates on accreditation, discusses the stakeholders that should be involved in improving the rates, and explores innovative uses of technology to impact these outcomes.Attendees will share best practices and participate in a Gallery Walk. To fully participate in the workshop, attendees are encouraged to bring their laptop so they can experience the solutions for themselves. Each participant will also leave the workshop with the Top 10 Best Practices for Retention and Placement. If improving online student retention and placement results is important to your school - this workshop is not to be missed.
