Can I change my address?
YES, if you are an individual. (Institutions, see below.)
If the primary address is a business address linked to one of our member institutions, you will need to
contact ACICS for assistance. Please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include in your email your
name, ID, and the new institution you are now linked to, including the institution's address.
If the primary address is a home address or a business address not linked to a member institution, logon
and go to MY ACCOUNT / MY ADDRESSES and click on EDIT.
Contact information, such as telephone number, fax, email, and URL, can be edited by going to
MY ACCOUNT/ CONTACT INFORMATION.
Can an institution change their name or address via the web?
An institution’s physical address is changed through a Change of Location, Change of Name or Change of
Ownership application. Fees for each application can be found under Accreditation/Schedule of Fees.
An institution can change their telephone, fax, email, or URL. Go to MY ACCOUNT / CONTACT INFORMATION.
