Updated Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you enroll in a workshop and cannot attend, you have two (2) options. Transfer your registration (one time) to another individual or workshop or cancel the registration. All requests for cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing, please send them via email to Andrea Reid at areid@acics.org.  Cancellations made two (2) weeks before the workshop will be subject to a 25% processing fee. Cancellation requests received after the two (2) week cutoff will NOT receive a refund. All refunds will be issued after a workshop has concluded.
